Take a course on it from someone like OSR. It will help you get jump
started. see www.osr.com.

Could you be a bit more specific about what you want to know?
You will need the Win2000 DDK and SDK and the IFS kit. The DDK and
SDK are part of the MSDN and maybe available for download from
Microsoft. The IFS kit is sold separately by Microsoft for around $1000.
It contains the full source to some example file system filter drivers
as well as the source to the FASTFAT and CDFS drivers. These and the DDK
and IFS docs should get you started.
