Few Doubts - Confusing queries

Hello all,
below are the few doubts I have wrt WiNT/Win2K.

  1. What is meant by “wdm.h is a subset of ntddk.h”?
    If so why do we need wdm.h?

  2. Does WinNT 4.0 supports WDM version of drivers?

Please let me know though you may feel it’s trivial
