error about INF or sys?

Hi,
I’m trying to install compiled driver codes(by another) and encounter the error that;
“the class installer has denied the request to install or update this device”

which of them cause it; wrong-written INF file or .sys files?

I solved the problem; i couldnt sign the files properly, now i passed
this step.
