DynamicProcessorAff for VMQ Vmnics

Hi all,
In implementing VMQ for Windows Server 2012, i need to know whether there
is any option of

  1. Specifying a processor affinity for a vmq vmnic from
    application(powershell)
  2. or Somehow instructing HyperV to use a specific logical host
processor for vmnics of a specific vm

Have you tried Set-NetAdapterVmq -BaseProcessorGroup $x -BaseProcessorNumber $y -MaxProcessorNumber $z

I am looking for changing processor affinity per vmnic.

  1. On what basis does HyperV decides to change processor affinity for a
    vmnic?
  2. If it is not possible to set a desired list of processors for a
vmnic(from which HyperV picks for changing processor affinity), is it
possible to do atleast per-VM level?
  3. Does this affinitization change valid for send path as well?
