DTM Data Store Cannot be Established

Dear List,

I installed DTM Controller, DTM Studio on the same machine with Windows 2003 Server running on it and DTM Client on Windows XP machine.

As mentioned in the documentation I need to configure the Contoller and Client by moving the client from the default group to user-named machine pool.

After starting DTM Studio and selecting Job Monitor window, the following error message gets thrown with following details:

A connection to the data store could not be established.
SQL server doesnot exist or access denied.

I see the SQL server running in the system tray.

Do I need to setup any permissions so that access denial will not occur.

Dear List,

I reinstalled Server 2003 and DTM and now I am able to configure without the connection error.

Previously I installed DTM Tests also in the same machine which have Controller and Studio. This time I installed only Controller and Studio without Tests.

Experts kindly suggest one thing. Is there any separate discussion group for Driver Test Manager or the queries regarding DTM can be posted to the same group.
