I want to control my diskperf driver using my exe but there
is no symbolic link how can i achive this??

I think u have to Create symbolink link.
then from the user app create file with the device handle.
Call the custom IOCTL targeted to the driver.
The ioctl should be trapped in ur driver
Thus u will be able to control the driver.
