Hi, I am working on a virtual disk project now. Basically we “invented”
our own version of scsiport driver, and the virtual disks are on the
remote sites.
We made a resonable progress, but till now, we can’t make the explorer see
the virtual disks. All we can do now is let the disks visible to disk
management.
But still, the disk is showned as type “unknow” and there is a small red
circle-shape
icon attached. Also, if i choose to upgrade the disk to dynamic disk, then
the disk
management will popup an “Internal Dameon Configuration Error” window. By
the way,
I am using Win2000.
What could be the possible reasons for above scenarios? I have been
scratching my head
for a week! Thanks.
