Hello
Our product includes an NDIS IM driver, which is installed using INetCfg.
During the installation of the driver all the network connections are reset,
so if the product is distributed using a remote installation utility, the
connection to the system is lost and the utility considers the installation
as failed. Is there any way to prevent the disconnection? Delaying the
installation of the driver till the next reboot would be fine too, but I
cannot find a way to configure it…
Thanks,
Gregory
Adding the auto-reconnect feature to the remote installation tool is
trivial.
