difference between DdUpdateOverlay and DdSetOverlayPosition

Could any one tell me what is the difference between DdSetOverlayPosition
and DdUpdateOverlay. I mean DdSetOverlayPosition is used to set the position
of an overlay, but DdUpdateOverlayPosition is also used to reposition an
overlay surface on the screen.

As far as I can tell, the SetOverlayPosition call is used to change the
position of the overlay, whilst UpdateOverlay can change a number of
settings for the overlay, including the position. In other words,
UpdateOverlay contans more functionality than SetOverlayPosition, but both
can change the position of the overlay.
