Detecting USB 2.0 versus USB 1.0

Hello Friends -

Is there a straightforward way to tell whether Windows
thinks a connected USB device is 1.0 or 2.0?

In particular, is there a way for the Windows user to
find this information, such as in the device manager
somewhere?
