Data via TCP/IP?

I want to send data via tcp/ip, so I want to select a ip adres or netbios
name and send data to this
adres/name. Is this difficult. Can anyone tell me which function can be used
for this purpose

I hope you can help me.

You’d better read some books about winsock and then do this.

From kernel mode - more or less yes. You will need to use TDI (not an easy thing) or to purchase one of the socket libraries (I know
3 of them, including ours).
