CTL_CODE definition of IOCTL_VOLSNAP_FLUSH_AND_HOLD_WRITES

Hi,
How can I get CTL_CODE definition for
IOCTL_VOLSNAP_FLUSH_AND_HOLD_WRITES and IOCTL_VOLSNAP_RELEASE_WRITES.

Is the only way to sign an VSS NDA with MS?

IOCTL_VOLSNAP_FLUSH_AND_HOLD_WRITES is defined in the IFS kit. Unfortunately
IOCTL_VOLSNAP_RELEASE_WRITES is not.
