Could not create process. Win32 error 0n50

Hi,
When I tried to run an executable using windbg I’m getting the error ,
“Could not create process” < process name >.Win32 error 0n50. The request is
not supported. Any ideas ?

I’ve both 32 bit and 64 bit Windbg installed. Tried running the executable
in both the windbg but I’m getting the same error. Any help is appreciated.

Did you run WinDbg as an administrator?
