Friends I am writing a driver for nt4 and I do not know what to do when I
have a IRP for mi device and it does not respond, because the device is
off or fails and a IRP appear I get a blue screen, I implement a timer
route and when I reach the time out I do not how to cancel the IRP
gracefully
