Cid in !Process

Hi,

Was wondering what cid was so if anyone can answer my following queries
that would be greate.

-What is “Cid” in the ! Process commad?
-Is this same as the PID that I see in the Task Manager?
-How can I get the Cid in the Kernel Thred?
