Changing Baudrate for Infrared Device

Hi,

Is there any way to change the baudrate or any communication parameters of
the Infrared device attached to the system running Windows 2k/XP.

Any information is helpful.

Hi,

Is it possible to do from application level or we have to do it from Driver
level. I guess Infrared is implemented as NDIS drivers.
