This question might sound familiar.
But i could not find an answer or a suggested reading for it.
So, am “re-posting” it.
I need to change the static tcp ip address without using the control panel and reboot in windows xp. I am working in the kernel mode and using wdm ddk. I am able to change the registry settings and that doesnt help me for the system doesnt respond to the new ip address. I will be glad if any one of you can comment on this.
