I’m new in this list, but I subscribed a wrong email address, in which it
can only receive 50 emails a day. I would like to change my subscribed email
address to my new gmail account, how can I do this? Do I need to unregister
and create new registration to OSR?

The short answer is: Yes.
The long answer is: Yes… UNsubscribe your current email address from all the lists that you belong to (see the Manage You Existing List Membership at http://www.osronline.com/page.cfm?name=ListServer… you’ll need to acknowledge your unsubscribe request via email), then delete your membership from OSR Online (click the “Click Here to delete your OSR Online Membership” link at http://www.osronline.com/profile.cfm).
Then re-join OSR Online with the correct email address (acknowledge your membership at your new email address). And FINALLY, rejoin the list(s) to which you want to subscribe (again, acknowledge your new membership).
I’m not saying it’s maximally convenient for you, but this is the process that’ll work out best (and has the least chance of error) in the long run.
