Can't find FILE_STREAM_INFORMATION ?

Unfortunately, my driver intercepts a FileStreamInformation type of
information in IRP_MJ_QUERY_INFORMATION. However, I can’t find the struct
_FILE_STREAM_INFORMATION (pg. 485 of Rajeev’s book) is not defined in any
include files. How can I get the file information from
FileStreamInformation ?
