Cannot log in to Microsoft Partner Portal

I know that this question is a little bit out of the scope of this discussion panel, but perhaps someone has experience with this problem.

I try to log in to the Microsoft Partner Portal (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/hardware) to submit my driver for attestation test signing.

I have configured a call to my phone as multi factor authentication (MFA). After doing the log in via MFA, a message appears that I have to register Microsoft Authenticator app as MFA. However this is not possible for me because I don’t have a company smartphone. My company only gave a feature phone without iOS/Android to me.

Is it possible to configure to continue to use a call to my phone as MFA?

With the help of the Microsoft support I was able to solve this issue.

Log in to https://portal.azure.com and log in with your administrator account.
Hamburger menu. Microsoft Entra ID. In the left menu go to “Administrate”. “Security”. “Authentication method”. In the left menu go to “Administrate”. “Registration campaign”. In the settings set “State” to deactivated.

In the left menu go to “Administration”, “Settings”. Under “System preferred MFA”, you can find the setting to display the safest MFA to the user. Configure “State” to “deactivated”.

Now a phone call is used as MFA.
