can FAT32 file system be extended??
Diskpart utility doesnt allow that.
Is there any other utility which allows FAT32 file system to be extended.
I see that there are some utilities but they r asking for a license.
any free version available anywhere???
Use Partition Magic. You can get it free with Norton Internet Security and
Norton Ghost when Fry’s has a sale. Remember if you don’t care about your
data, just repartition and format the drive. Otherwise, use a good product.

Install it on XP. Create the bootable floppy. Use those files on a
bootable USB stick. Run Partition Magic from DOS environment and it will
work on any FAT or NTFS volume. Extending, shrinking, or moving a partition
while it is in use is not a good idea. The other mode of PM does involve
creating a boot from a special environment created if required, but I
usually just use a bootable CD or USB stick when I need it.
