Do we have any update on the problem where the RTM WDK version of
build.exe misses include file dependencies for files in the INCLUDES list?

The issue was reported to the Windows build team, their decision as to
when/how/what to fix remains in their court currently. So, to put it
succinctly, there is no ETA as to when this will be fixed.
