BST protocol info. needed.

I am looking for the specification for the BST protocol. It is used by
some router vendors to accelerate TCP/IP. For example, the Starband VSAT
modem/router uses BST between the satellite and the modem.

I need to develop a device driver that is capable to understanding this
protocol. I have had no luck in finding the protocol specification on
the Web. I would appreciate any information.

Thanks,

Have you tried the ietf?

I don’t know if it’s specific enough for you, but I
ran BST protocol through google, and it pointed me to:
http://www.ietf.org/IMR/IMR-2001-02. Looking at that
I saw they had a (year out of date) document, which I
then ran through google again (
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=“draft-azmak-bst-00”)
, resulting in ( among others ) :
http://mirrors.sunsite.dk/drafts/draft-azmak-bst-00.txt

Hope this helps.
