Bitmap printer driver only printing after the first page in colours

Hi,
To see the problem compile the bitmap driver of the latest WDK, install it, and try to print a .doc with an image in page 3 or 4, with 600x600 resolution and 8 colours.
I want to know how to solve this problem.
