What is ATX? If you mean the case + the power supply, then yes.

Well strictly speaking, there is nothing at all in the windows NT
operating system that ‘supports’ the ATX specification for the
mechanical and electrical construction of computer cases. There is also
nothing at all that doesn’t support it. The question is so off the wall
that there must be some other meaning to ATX.
