APC_LEVEL in pre-create after FltGetVolumeFromName

Hi,
filter manager call my pre-create (and pre-cleanup) routine at APC_LEVEL
after I call FltGetVolumeFromName at apc level (which should be ok according
documentation).
I assume this is bug as pre-create should always be called at passive level.
Is it?

The documentation is wrong. You should not be calling
FltGetVolumeFromName from APC level.
