Allocatable Memory on Server 2003 Web Edition

It seems to be that the amount of memory a driver can allocate ( for
example using MmAllocateNonCachedMemory ) is less on the Server 2003 Web
Editis than on Server 2003 Standard or Enterprise Edition. Can anyone
confirm this, and if so, does anyone know the reason for this behaveour ?

Do anyone know if there are similar differences noticeable between Monoprocessor and
Multiprocessor systems for the same OS’s ?
