about PPPoE on 2k

I am developing the PPPoE driver on 2k. i think i should write the IM
driver and put it under NDSIWAN and miniport Network card driver and should
expose the virtual WanCard. How i mend the inf in the ddk example of
passthru? who can give me some advice?
