about OPLock in the filter driver.

does the filter driver need to care about oplock?
how?

No one knows what tomorrow would be,
but I’ll do my best.

sure, e.g. in post-create callback I always ignore requests with STATUS_OPLOCK_BREAK_IN_PROGRESS in Data->IoStatus.Status (because
of a Oplock test in ifstest-av, I used to do some I/O operations in postCreate). Even waiting for little time is not the best idea -
but I can’t really recall why; at least David G. mentioned it in plugfest.
