about hiberfil.sys

hi, all
How the os determine the size of hiberfil.sys ?
In my os, the hiberfil.sys 's size is 1,072,680,960 bytes, but
GlobalMemoryStatusEx tell me ullTotalPhys is 1,072,611,328 bytes.

Can anybody tell me why ?

thanks.

Does it really surprise you that there might be a header data structure
at the beginning of the file containing useful information? I don’t
know what, maybe a timestamp, or a copy of the partition table, or
something so that it can validate the file.

Neither one really matches the size of your physical memory. In hex,
those values are 3FEFD000 and 3FEEC000, whereas your physical memory is
REALLY 4000000.
