About a video driver Developing

I want to develop a video driver…
I don’t know What to do first to develop it,
although I had basic concept of device driver.
What I really want to develop is like Mastereye…

Hooking video adapter buffer,
Sending it user mode buffer,
finally dispatching it Client video adapter buffer…

I need a expert help…

I would start with the basic question of why you want to write a video
driver, given what little you have to start with. Are you working with a
new video chipset or just wanting to learn to write drivers? If it’s the
latter, then you may want to consider something a little less involved than
a video driver.
