1394 debugging sooooo slooooooow!

Hey folks,

Went out and got a couple of 1394 cards, got everything configured,
rebooted source and target machines, plugging in cables. Got WinDbg
running over 1394. Yaaay!

Just one problem - it’s *so* *slow* … I mean *really* slow (about two
80 character lines per second), much slower than serial - have I messed
up somewhere??

MH.

Hi,

Perhaps, it can help to you:

  1. Try to disable network over the FireWire card.
  2. Try to disable 1394 card in Device Manager at all.

Best regards,
Oleksiy
