find one in the DDK that is similar to what you need and modify it…
the MakeFile is just a copy, you don’t reinvent that…

PLEASE do your homework!

Every sample driver in the WDK has a sources and a makefile. Turns out that
the makefile is the same for all of them.

The sources file is described in the WDK documentation. You should also look
at many of the existing sources files in the WDK samples.
