Encryption Sample in NT3.51 IFSKIT?

I just spotted this in an old post and became curious.

“My code is based on the ENCRYPT.SYS sample code from Microsoft. This is
the 3.51 sample since we haven’t yet been able to get the 4.0 IFS kit
since we are not in the US. I therefore don’t know if there have been any
changes.”

I’ve checked through a few old betas of the nt 3.51 ddk and couldn’t find
anything.
Was there a version of the IFSKIT for NT 3.51?
I was under the impression that there was only one for NT4.
Could anyone throw a copy of the sample my way as it sounds interesting.
Or point me at somewhere to download it.

The post isn’t related to anything we’re having problems with.

Could anyone send me a copy of of the encrypt.sys driver from Microsoft, I
would be most interested to see how it was put together.
