runaway debug extension

I’m trying to use the !runaway debug extension to detect a cpu hog. I’m
using windbg 6.3.0011.3 on XP pro, live debugging a win2k pro system. I
loaded the ‘uext.dll’ and the ‘ntsdexts.dll’ files, and when I issue the
!runaway 3 command, I get the following output:

Could not get process information, 6

What am I doing wrong?
