Hi,
I have been facing a strange problem. I have got two NDIS miniport drivers
for ethernet adapters. I want startup value for one of them to be manual,
and other one to be automatic/system. My installation file installs the
first one as manual. But, when I *install* the second driver, and run the
binding engine,startup value for the first one reverts to automatic. I am
not sure whether it is the bug with the Binding Engine or it is the inf
file of the second driver which is the culprit. Anybody had this
experience before ?
One more related thing which i have been encountering is : If I make my
drivers manual from the Devices applet and reboot, the driver(s) starts
*running* with *manual* startup value also. Any idea about possible
reasons for this behaviour ?
