I think the newest version of the Intel drivers support Failover. The
Adaptec 62044 and 62022 adapters provide both failover and link aggregation.
I don't know if they support 802.3ad yet.

Subject: [ntdev] Link aggregation [IEEE 802.3ad draft]

Hi friends,

I want to know whether the Link aggregation [IEEE 802.3ad]
support exists on Windows NT 4.0 either in the OS or by any other vendor.

Any idea ??
