if APIC IRR keep showing a vector

previously there is thread https://community.osr.com/discussion/71173/interrupt-debugging

but if IRR keeps showing a vector, say 55, what could block os or cpu from handle it? how to check?

    You're way down into very specific details...What's the exact problem you're having? Do you control the host, software, and device (e.g. FPGA)? Or are you trying to debug someone else's hardware? Do you have a logic analyzer? Etc...
