I have some rudimentary questions about file system development on macOS that I'd like to talk with an experienced macOS file system dev about.
These are general questions about approach and policies: What people actually do in the real world on macOS (do folks really use VFS, for example, to write end-user products), does Apple limit what you can sign in order to comply with System Integrity Protection or can I sign any kext I write, and that sort of thing.
I only need, like, 15 or 20 minutes of somebody's time on the phone -- or to exchange a couple of emails.
I don't want to discuss this here, and I don't need to talk to somebody who's never done this before.
If you or somebody you know is an experienced macOS file system dev, and you or they would be kind enough to spare me a just few minutes for some questions, please contact me via email (which you can find in my profile).
Thanks in advance,
