Will FltMgr always try to construct the path from each component if say STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED is returned?
There are cases where a lower FGFNI call from my name provider GenerateFileName callback returns STATUS_OBJECT_PATH_NOT_FOUND (since the original path, as seen by filters above us, did not and does not exist).
