alternate lists

This list used to be great for my type of NT development (user-mode
system-level, i.e. non-GUI) but since the switch to OSR it seems more and
more focused on driver development. Can someone recommend another list such
as I describe?

what about the comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.nt.kernel-mode or
comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32 newsgroups?
