Nathan,
This was happening on version 3, but it still has not been addressed. The
tool bar indiscriminately simply goes berserk. The area where it exists
disappears leaving some of the tool icons at the top, and popping the open
windows up out of alignment.
You can open view and reset and set Toolbar, to get things back to normal,
but it is disconcerting to have things set up for a particular line and have
it “change” on you.
Hmmm, considering what we were bitching about 18 months ago, this is
remarkable improvement, however. Your team is doing a most appreciated job.
