help with comboboxes

can anyone Please help me with this stupid thing i'm stuck with, using
combo boxes in dialouge box. all i need is to work with a three option
dialouge box, how do I work with combo boxes? what are the commands
related to it (I'm talking about the get/setdlgitems not the classes ones)
and how do i initilize it, an change the option there?

if anyone can please help me or reffer me to something i can use to solve
my problem i'd be more then thankfull...
