Is it possible to take a screenshot in the UMDF driver, or in a local service ?
You can do it in a service if you check the "Allow service to interact with desktop" option in the settings. That moves your service from the service window station into the logged in window station.
The UMDF master process(es) cannot be moved that way.
Be advised that doing that is considered poor security practice because other processes can also interact with your service
