XP Service Pack 1a for Check/Debug Build

Hi,
Where can I found the service pack for XP check/debug build. I searched
and went to microsoft site and downloaded the Service Pack there but while
installation it gave error that it cannot be installed on Check/Debug build.
I could not find location where can I download Service pack for check/debug
build. Iwould really appreciate if somebody can provide pointers.
