working with c source files in kd

I have to work with a remote debugging session where windbg is not an option.
Need to learn to navigate c files from kd. I have used lsf lsc ls …
Is there a reference link for this? For example how do I jump to the current c line
in a give stack frame or how do set BP on a source line no…

thanks,
Massoud

I don’t know if this will help or not, but could you redirect from the
computer where you’re running kd to another one where you can use windbg?
From a dbgeng point of view, it’s possible.

I found that the most convenient option is to use KDSRV.exe on the debug host closest to the SUT. Then you can connect kd or Windbg to it remotely.

Type:

.lines
l+l

Then any subsequent “k” or “r” or “p” will tell you what line in the source
is current.
