Wndows Power Management policy control

Hi,
On mobile platforms like laptops, which have the mini PCI interface, the host operating system could slow or stop the mini PCI clock, anytime, indicating the same to the device, using the mini-PCI CLKRUN# signal. Does anybody have any information on, when the CLKRUN# signal is used to slow down the mini PCI clock on Windows ? Is there a way, under software control to totally disable the stopping of the mini PCI clock using the CLKRUN# signal, other than when the device is put into one of the power save modes ? I would really appreciate any help regarding this.

Thanks,
Neelay
