Windows Server 2012 Create Storage Pool Failed

Hi all,
I am using windows server 2012 Storage Space to create storage pool using HBA developed by ourself, but failed.

error message:
Unable to create storage pool unspecified Error
Extended information:Incorrected function.

I use Debugview can see info:FSAP Plugin Mode Error:34692

Test topology:
Host+HBA+disk.

And I have LSI HBA using the same enviroment, and no such error.

Could anyone give some suggestion?

BTW, in DebugViewer there is no any HBA driver error information, seems all command is succeed. Driver funtion is no problem.
