Hi…

wince 4.2 .net drivers are built using the platform builder and no seperate DDK is available…and also execpt for ndis, wince driver architecture is quite different from WDM stuffs…

I found microsoft sample code for USB bluetooth Transport layer in the Windows CE .NET 4.2 driver documentation. Please see the link for more info. The code is located in %_PUBLICROOT%\Common\Oak\Drivers\Bluetooth\Transports.

Did you check the content of this link http://msdn.microsoft.com/embedded/?
You can register for Evaluation edition of WinCE.NET 4.2, but note that
WinCE is completely different OS.
