Hi all,
Have anyone ever been used any ExpressCard Firewire in order to connect
to a notebook running Windows XP?
I’ve been used normal PCMCIA Firewire ports until now, but I found a
notebook with this Express Card slot these days and I’m concerned in
buying some express card like this one I described below and at last not
works at all.

Can any one recommend any Express Card model for this purpose?
TIA,

As a host almost any 1394a will work. I have found that if an internal 1394a exists it is almost impossible to get windbg to use an external ExpressCard. The Koutech 1002E is a good TI chipset based 1394a which should work with any.
As a target, good question. Try the Koutech, but expect that if an internal port exists it may not work.
